Job Description

The Client Partnership Associate will support proposal development and manage relationships with small and medium-sized clients to ensure successful engagement and project delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Disrupt expert research the way Uber disrupted the taxi industry, the way OpenAI ... you know what we mean
  • Structure and provide quotes for contracts and projects from $10K to $500K+ by utilizing NewtonX technology to turn client request for quotes (RFQs) into actionable project plans
  • Dynamically price projects based on client requests
  • Develop strong client relationships (from VPs to manager level) with your own territory of small and medium-sized accounts to ensure continued engagement, success, and retention
  • Create and execute territory growth strategies that include robust prospecting approaches to expand relationships
  • Understand client needs/challenges, be the client advocate and help solve problems for clients
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities in existing client relationships
  • Help to design, improve processes & tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership to forecast, maintain KPIs, and support relationship management, and with Client Delivery to plan and kick off research engagements

Skills

  • Have a bachelor's degree or greater in relevant field of study
  • 0 - 2 years of professional work experience
  • You love challenging the status quo
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
  • You quickly grasp client challenges and come-up with creative solutions
  • You communicate clearly, professionally and confidently, and write articulately and concisely
  • You enjoy learning (you will learn about topics as broad as AI and as narrow as IoT in retail in Thailand)
  • You enjoy working independently and can work under pressure
  • Smart, quick, thoughtful and resourceful problem solver
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy talking to people!
