We are a growing digital agency working with established ecommerce brands. We are looking for a Growth Lead to build and operate a repeatable outbound system that generates qualified sales conversations. This is an execution role, not a creative or branding role. You will work closely with the founder, follow a clear strategy, and be measured on output and results. Responsibilities β€’ Execute cold outreach via email and LinkedIn β€’ Source and qualify leads that match defined criteria β€’ Manage outbound campaigns and follow-ups β€’ Track replies, bookings, and performance metrics β€’ Continuously improve messaging and systems Requirements β€’ Experience with outbound or demand generation β€’ Comfortable with tools like cold email platforms and LinkedIn β€’ Highly organized and process-driven β€’ Able to work independently and consistently β€’ Comfortable with repetition and performance metrics Nice to Have β€’ Experience with B2B or ecommerce services β€’ Familiarity with CRM or pipeline tracking Important This role is focused on generating qualified conversations, not closing deals.
