We are a growing digital agency working with established ecommerce brands. We are looking for a Growth Lead to build and operate a repeatable outbound system that generates qualified sales conversations. This is an execution role, not a creative or branding role. You will work closely with the founder, follow a clear strategy, and be measured on output and results. Responsibilities β’ Execute cold outreach via email and LinkedIn β’ Source and qualify leads that match defined criteria β’ Manage outbound campaigns and follow-ups β’ Track replies, bookings, and performance metrics β’ Continuously improve messaging and systems Requirements β’ Experience with outbound or demand generation β’ Comfortable with tools like cold email platforms and LinkedIn β’ Highly organized and process-driven β’ Able to work independently and consistently β’ Comfortable with repetition and performance metrics Nice to Have β’ Experience with B2B or ecommerce services β’ Familiarity with CRM or pipeline tracking Important This role is focused on generating qualified conversations, not closing deals.
