They are seeking a Strategy and Operations Analyst to support business needs by managing partnerships, executing marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics. Responsibilities β’ Support strategy and operations initiatives to grow and optimize subscription partnerships and member engagement β’ Manage and optimize strategic partnerships that drive subscriber growth and retention β’ Execute marketing activations and support cross-functional launch planning for partnership initiatives β’ Design, set up, and monitor A/B experiments to test new benefits, features, and campaigns β’ Execute experimentation workflows, including experiment setup, monitoring, and coordination across teams β’ Analyze experiment performance and partnership KPIs using data tools, including SQL and Sigma visualizations β’ Summarize key findings and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels β’ Build weekly reporting on metrics, experiment results, and operational performance indicators β’ Create workback schedules to support campaign execution, timelines, and stakeholder alignment β’ Identify gaps in processes and proactively drive solutions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics/Data Science, Ad Ops, Finance, and other teams to bring initiatives to life Skills β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience β’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels β’ Self-starter mindset with bias for action in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decision-making β’ Experience executing campaigns and/or cross-functional initiatives with minimal structure β’ Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required β’ SQL experience required β’ Comfort learning new tools and software to support operational and analytical work β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences β’ Comfort working in ambiguity without a defined playbook β’ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across strategy/operations, product, marketing, analytics, engineering, finance, and legal β’ Intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred Benefits β’ Medical β’ Dental β’ Vision β’ 401k Company Overview β’ The Mom Project is a digital talent marketplace helping women remain active in the workforce.
