The role involves providing start-to-finish support on Florida family law matters, including drafting pleadings and maintaining organized case files. Responsibilities • Draft and revise pleadings, financial affidavits/disclosures, discovery, and other court filings • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff • Maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and keep the attorney updated on case status Skills • Experience as a paralegal in a Florida family law firm • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently in a fully remote setting • Experience in billing time and tracking tasks in a law firm environment Benefits • Fully remote position with consistent working hours. • Close collaboration with the attorney and legal assistant, and meaningful input on systems and workflows. • Growth potential as the firm expands. • Competitive compensation with potential performance‑based increases.
