About the position The Senior Financial Analyst - Operations Finance will support operations by analyzing KPIs, performing ad hoc analyses, and driving forecasting and budgeting efforts. The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex manufacturing environments, working with large-scale financial and operational data, and providing insights that drive efficiency and performance. Responsibilities β’ Prepare, standardize, and analyze financial reports, estimates, and key performance indicators (KPIs). β’ Develop and maintain financial reporting models to support decision-making. β’ Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement. β’ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy in financial planning. β’ Support capital budgeting and reporting processes. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. β’ Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for cost optimization, including make vs. buy decisions. β’ Provide reporting structure for consolidated inventory planning and obsolescence control. β’ Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate financial risks. β’ Support executive leadership with financial analysis for key business decisions. β’ Assist with various ad hoc financial projects as needed. Requirements β’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. β’ 4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. β’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including modeling) and financial software applications. β’ Experience working with budgets, operational cost analysis, and standard cost variances. β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves β’ Experience with financial concepts such as ROIC, IRR, and NPV is a plus. β’ Experience in a seasonal and/or international business environment is a plus.
