About the position The Senior Financial Analyst - Operations Finance will support operations by analyzing KPIs, performing ad hoc analyses, and driving forecasting and budgeting efforts. The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex manufacturing environments, working with large-scale financial and operational data, and providing insights that drive efficiency and performance. Responsibilities β€’ Prepare, standardize, and analyze financial reports, estimates, and key performance indicators (KPIs). β€’ Develop and maintain financial reporting models to support decision-making. β€’ Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement. β€’ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy in financial planning. β€’ Support capital budgeting and reporting processes. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. β€’ Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for cost optimization, including make vs. buy decisions. β€’ Provide reporting structure for consolidated inventory planning and obsolescence control. β€’ Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate financial risks. β€’ Support executive leadership with financial analysis for key business decisions. β€’ Assist with various ad hoc financial projects as needed. Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. β€’ 4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. β€’ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including modeling) and financial software applications. β€’ Experience working with budgets, operational cost analysis, and standard cost variances. β€’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. β€’ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves β€’ Experience with financial concepts such as ROIC, IRR, and NPV is a plus. β€’ Experience in a seasonal and/or international business environment is a plus.
