Job Title: Entry-Level IT Support / Junior IT Analyst Location: Open (remote, hybrid, onsite) - United States Job Type: Full-time or contract Eligibility: OPT EAD / STEM OPT candidates encouraged to apply We are seeking a motivated entry-level IT professional to join our technology team. This role is ideal for recent graduates on OPT EAD who are looking to start their career in IT, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-paced technical environment. Key responsibilities: • Provide level 1 IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Assist with user account setup, access management, and password resets. • Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows, macOS, printers, and applications. • Support email systems, collaboration tools, and ticketing systems. • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures. • Assist senior IT staff with system maintenance and upgrades. • Monitor system performance and report issues. • Follow IT security and compliance guidelines. Required skills and qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, computer science, information systems, or a related field. • OPT EAD or STEM OPT authorization. • Basic knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace. Preferred skills: • Familiarity with Active Directory or Azure AD. • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshservice. • Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. • Internship or academic project experience in IT. • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
