Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. M-Files is redefining how work gets done with its innovative document management system. The Solution Architect will be a key member of the Consulting Services team, responsible for delivering successful customer implementations by designing and implementing solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities • Design and implement M-Files solutions for customer projects • Lead solution design for assigned engagements, with guidance on complex or high-risk scenarios • Translate business requirements into technical solution designs • Contribute to solution documentation and design artifacts • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities • Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed functional and technical requirements • Work closely with customers, consultants, and project managers • Participate in requirements gathering and technical discovery • Coordinate technical execution with consulting teams • Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate • Support change requests and configuration updates • Design and validate integration with external systems and data sources • Work with: On-prem and cloud environments, Databases and authentication systems, APIs and application integrations • Apply and follow established implementation best practices • Share learnings and contribute to team knowledge • Continuously deepen expertise in M-Files and related technologies Skills • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, or technical consulting • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Experience working directly with customers in technical or consulting roles • Solid understanding of: Enterprise IT environments, Databases and system integrations, Application of architecture concepts • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Able to manage multiple concurrent project responsibilities • Comfortable producing technical documentation • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Experience with M-Files or similar document/content management platforms • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure • Basic programming or scripting experience • Experience with technical diagrams or architecture models Benefits • 10 paid holidays annually • Unlimited PTO • Matching 401K Plan (25% of employees' contribution up to the IRS max) • Health insurance (PPO and HDHP/HSA plans offered) • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance (1x employee salary) • Short-term disability (employer paid) • Long-term disability (employer paid) • Flexible Spending Plan (medical and dependent) Company Overview • The M-Files metadata-driven document management platform enables knowledge workers to instantly find the right information in any context.
