This is not exploratory. This is execution.
Delays, intermediaries, or unclear responsibility will result in immediate termination.
ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
U.S.-licensed patent attorney (USPTO)
→ Registration number required
Based in the United States or North America
Strong engineering + electronics background
Power electronics
Mechanical systems
Embedded / control logic
Direct control over patent drawings
Either produced by you or by a draftsman you personally manage
No “on leave”, no waiting weeks
Able to file without delay
NDA required before disclosure
High availability + fast response time

A previous attorney wasted weeks because the person responsible for drawings was unavailable.
If your process depends on slow subcontractors or layers of delegation, do not apply.
PROJECT STATUS (READ CAREFULLY)
Technical documentation already exists
The invention is well defined
This is not ideation
Your role:
Understand the system
Finalize claims
Ensure drawings are correct
File with the USPTO
You will not be “figuring out what this is.”
You will be executing.
STRONG PRIORITY GIVEN TO
Former USPTO patent examiners
Attorneys who have:
Filed hardware patents personally
Worked on energy systems, electronics, or industrial products
Individuals (not firms) who own the outcome end-to-end
HOW TO APPLY (MANDATORY — FAILURE = REJECTION)
Your response must include:
USPTO registration number
Confirmation you are a patent attorney (not agent)
Engineering / electronics background (brief but concrete)
Who does the drawings and how fast (days, not weeks)
Earliest realistic filing date
Confirmation you will sign an NDA
Whether you were ever a USPTO examiner (and when)
Generic responses will be ignored.

This engagement is for someone who:
Takes ownership
Understands hardware
Moves fast
Does not hide behind process
