In this context, I am looking for an expert in Marketing Operations / Sales Operations / RevOps / Automation to help me structure a global workflow, centralize data, automate tasks, and track performance from lead generation to closed sales.
Context & My Role (Marketing Manager)
- As a Marketing Manager, my responsibilities include:
- Collaborating and coordinating between:

- Defining and tracking marketing and sales objectives

- Managing projects end-to-end (idea → execution → results)

- Defining key KPIs such as:
- Leads volume
- Conversion rates
- CPL / CAC
- Revenue generated
- ROI per channel
- Building simple, actionable dashboards
- 3. Automation
- Automating repetitive tasks:
- Lead tracking
- Reporting
- Alerts
- Objective tracking
- Connecting tools (CRM, Ads platforms, Analytics, etc.)
- 4. Tools & Tech Stack
- Recommendation and/or implementation of tools for:
- CRM
- Tracking
- Reporting
- Project management
- Possible tools:
- HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Make, Zapier, Google Sheets, GA4, Meta Ads, etc.
- Profile Required
- Proven experience in:
