The Role
You’re not just making content — you ARE the content.
This role blends:
UGC creator
Scriptwriting genius
Video editing wizard
Community manager
Brand personality
You’ll create scroll-stopping, organic Australian-style content that feels fun, real, and relatable — not salesy or cringe.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating daily short-form video content for IG & TikTok
Writing viral-style hooks, scripts, and captions
Filming face-to-camera, skits, trends, POVs, and reaction videos
Editing fast, engaging videos (CapCut / Premiere / similar)
Jumping on trends early and adapting them to our brand voice
Running taste testings, reaction videos & street-style content
Being confident setting up cameras in public & capturing real reactions
Engaging with our community via comments, DMs & stories
Building partnerships with people in the health & wellness space
(dietitians, nutritionists, creators, gyms, studios, etc.)
Helping shape the brand’s culture, tone, and online presence
You Are…
Comfortable being on camera (this is non-negotiable)
A natural storyteller with personality and confidence
Obsessed with content creation — you scroll for research
Deeply familiar with TikTok & IG trends, formats & hooks
A strong editor who understands pacing, captions & retention
Someone who loves energy, fun, humour & connection
Social, outgoing, and not afraid to talk to people IRL
Passionate about health, wellness, food, or lifestyle content
Australian (or deeply understands Aussie humour & culture)

Have grown a TikTok or IG account before
Understand analytics & what makes content convert organically
