Oceans Realty is a modern, virtual real estate brokerage supporting licensed real estate agents across California. We provide a flexible, remote brokerage environment designed for agents who prefer to manage their business independently while remaining fully compliant with state licensing requirements.

This opportunity is intended for currently licensed California real estate agents who are seeking a virtual brokerage platform without mandatory office attendance.

    Responsibilities
  • Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions in compliance with California real estate law
  • Manage your own listings, clients, and transaction pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with clients, escrow, lenders, and other agents
  • Operate independently while adhering to brokerage policies and state regulations
    Requirements
  • Active California real estate license in good standing
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with standard real estate transaction processes
  • Reliable internet access and basic technology proficiency
    Work Environment
  • Fully remote / virtual brokerage
  • No required office attendance
  • Flexible schedule determined by the agent
