Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Paralegal (Personal Injury)- MUST LIVE IN CO
Fully Remote
Eligible States: Colorado, Utah, Washington, or Oregon ONLY

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Work Hours: Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mountain Time)
Shift: 8-hour scheduled shift
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager / Paralegal to join our high-volume personal injury team. This fully remote role is ideal for professionals who can independently manage cases from intake through demand and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload of 75+ active cases
- Handle cases from intake through demand preparation
- Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and billing
- Track deadlines, tasks, and case updates using Filevine
- Prepare and organize documents and exhibits for demand packages
- Collaborate with attorneys and internal team members to support case strategy
- Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience (required)
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
- Filevine experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of pre-litigation workflows, medical management, and insurance claims
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable working fully remote within Mountain Time business hours
- Must reside in Colorado, Utah, Washington, or Oregon
