About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Lead QA Engineer to own and elevate our quality strategy across products. This role blends hands-on testing, test automation leadership, and team mentorship. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and stakeholders to ensure we ship reliable, high-quality software at scale.
- Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices
- Own test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers
- Drive test automation strategy and implementation (UI, API, and/or mobile)
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define acceptance criteria
- Ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC (shift-left testing)
- Review requirements, designs, and technical solutions for stability
- Track and communicate quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
- Champion continuous improvement in tools, frameworks, and workflows
- Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- 2+ years in a QA Lead or Senior QA role
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience testing web applications, APIs, and/or mobile apps
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to Have
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience scaling QA practices in fast-growing teams
- ISTQB or similar certifications
Pay: $76,502.84 - $120,132.45 per year
Work Location: Remote
