Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – $8,000–$20,000+/mo (Fully Remote)

Presidential Digs Real Estate is expanding and looking for a hungry, coachable, competitive salesperson who wants to break into real estate investing and earn $8,000–$20,000+ per month.

No real estate experience required — we train the right people.

This is a high-performance, commission-only acquisitions role. You will speak with motivated sellers, analyze properties, make offers, negotiate deals, and lock up contracts consistently.

100% commission-only (no base pay, no draw, no guarantees)
Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8–5 availability expected)
High phone volume (50+ outbound dials/day, 3.5+ hours of daily talk time)
Performance-driven, with clear KPIs and accountability

Speak with motivated sellers daily and uncover their needs
Analyze properties and determine offer prices using comps and internal tools
Make 3–5 written offers per day
Negotiate purchase agreements with clarity and confidence
Follow up aggressively to maximize conversions
Maintain daily KPIs and strong pipeline discipline
Work closely with our Dispositions team to ensure profitable outcomes
Consistently follow scripts, systems, and objection-handling frameworks

50+ outbound dials per day
3.5+ hours of talk time per day
3–5 written offers per day
3–5 contracts locked up in the first 30–45 days
Consistent use of scripts and systems
Strong daily follow-up and pipeline management
Coachability and measurable improvement week over week
