About the Role

Client Research is seeking highly motivated Data Science PhD graduates to support cutting-edge research in Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and next-generation AI architectures. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with Client s advanced research teams on exploratory and applied AI projects that push the boundaries of intelligent agent behavior, reasoning, and autonomy.

Selected researchers will contribute to Client-assigned research initiatives while also collaborating with internal teams on joint innovation efforts.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and experimentation in Agentic AI, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and advanced machine learning.
  • Develop prototypes, models, and algorithms to support Client s research objectives.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to derive insights and validate research hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with Client Research scientists and internal stakeholders to design and execute research studies.
  • Document findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to research and engineering teams.
  • Stay current with emerging research in AI, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agent-based modeling.
    Required Qualifications
  • PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field (entry level candidates strongly preferred).
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research methodologies.
  • Experience with Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • Familiarity with LLMs, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a research-driven environment.
