Role Description
This is a part-time role based in Austin Texas (South Lamar) for a Fulfillment & Customer Service & Social Media role at a fashion brand.
- The role involves but not limited to:
- managing daily operations such as processing and packing orders
- assisting customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- maintaining accurate records of inventory
- steaming garments, lifting boxes (no more than 45 lbs)
- posting for social media
- responding to customer inquiries from social media
We are looking for someone who is interested in women's fashion and has some experience in customer service. This role may evolve into a full time position. Must be able to work in the US and can work at least 3 days a week / we are flexible with hours.

- Qualifications
- Experience in Packing and managing order fulfillment processes
- Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer concerns
- Detail Oriented
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
