About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on high-volume B2B outbound calling and knows how to hunt down the right decision makers. This role is built for someone who can work independently, stay disciplined, and consistently deliver results.

    You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying, and setting high-quality meetings, plus “landscaping” accounts over the phone to ensure we have accurate decision-makers and contact information.

Independent Contractor - 1099 position - Guaranteed hourly pay + UNCAPPED BONUS for every successful appointment.

    Job Description:
  • Cold call B2B prospects daily with confidence, persistence, and professionalism on behalf of our clients
  • Set and confirm qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoff to our clients
  • Landscape accounts over the phone: Navigate phone trees and automated messaging systems to identify the correct decision makers and update leads accordingly
  • Maintain clean CRM data and document call outcomes, learnings, and next steps clearly.
  • Manage your day to ensure all hours committed to calling are completed
  • Operate as a self-managed contractor: plan your day, hit activity targets, and deliver consistent weekly performance.

    We are looking for someone who is:
  • 3+ years of B2B cold calling experience (not just email/LinkedIn but true B2B phone-heavy prospecting)

    Qualifications:
  • US Citizen located in the United States.
  • Extensive cold calling experience setting date & time specific qualified B2B (Business to Business) appointments with decision makers (C-Level, VP-Level & Director Level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently. Must be able to multitask and effectively manage time.
  • Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, during US business hours.
  • Dedicated home office set up free of background noises and distractions.
  • Previous experience in sales for commercial contractors (roofing, solar, HVAC) is a plus
  • Proficient use of computers, including working on multiple applications and web browsers simultaneously, is a must.
  • Experience working with cloud-based CRMs and dialing software to access leads and make calls. Experience with VanillaSoft, VS Connect, and/or Slack is a plus.
    Equipment Requirement:
  • Desktop or laptop (No Chromebooks)
  • Windows 11 or above, or macOS 11 (Big Sur) or above
  • Wired USB headset
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet is required - (no Wi-Fi or cellular internet providers please)
  • 2+ monitors preferred

Commercial roofing, HVAC, and solar sales representatives with B2B experience are encouraged to apply.
