Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Revenue Billing Specialist to manage and process healthcare claims for patients, including recording and analyzing patient service revenue andaccounts receivable. This is an opportunity to make a big impact in a small team by driving efficient systems, clean data, and scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities
Submits healthcare claims to the UniteUs and FindHelp platform for reimbursement.
Review submission details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate with internal teams regarding issues
Tracks progress of claims
Maintain organized records of activity using our internal systems
Performs other duties as required and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
One year of previous experience required in submitting healthcare claims
Must have PC skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and medical billing software.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Self-starter with a positive attitude and a startup mindset
This position is eligible for monthly bonuses for accuracy and speed.
