Overview
We’re a consulting firm repositioning around compliance, regulatory documentation, and audit-ready SOP systems. We need a designer who can deliver a clean, credible B2B site that communicates authority and converts.
This is not a “make it pretty” project. We need clear structure + strong messaging hierarchy + modern design.
What We Need Built
Primary Goal:
Position us as the go-to resource when documentation must be correct (compliance) + a “911” option for urgent audit/documentation clean-up.

Home
Services (with 2–4 service blocks)
Industries (or “Who We Help”)

Deliverables:
Sitemap + page structure recommendation
Copy/messaging guidance (you don’t have to be a copywriter, but you must structure the narrative)
Design + build of the site (responsive)
Basic on-page SEO setup (titles/meta, clean headings)
Lead capture CTA (calendar link or form)
Handoff docs (so we can update later)
