I am building a premium productivity-focused consumer brand called TheMindFuel, launching physical products via Amazon US (FBA) and Shopify, with future expansion to UAE and other marketplaces.
I am looking for an experienced US trademark attorney (or firm working with a US-licensed attorney) to handle end-to-end trademark registration with the USPTO, specifically optimized for Amazon Brand Registry enrollment.
Scope of Work:
Conduct a comprehensive trademark clearance search and provide a clear risk assessment
Recommend and finalize appropriate trademark classes and goods/services wording
File a USPTO trademark application (likely Intent-to-Use)
Handle Office Actions, if any
Guide me through Amazon Brand Registry eligibility and enrollment
