About the Role
The Consulting Generalist – Strategy Track role is designed for high-potential professionals who want broad exposure to strategy, operations, and transformation work across industries.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, STEM, or related field
- 0–3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, banking, analytics, or related roles (varies by firm)
- Skills

- Comfort working with data, models, and structured thinking
