This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

- Compensation Structure
- $2,000 Website + SEO setup
- 40% commission upfront ($800 per sale)
- $500/month SEO retainer
- 20% recurring monthly commission ($100 per active account)
- Paid monthly
- Residual income continues as long as the client remains active
- No cap on earnings
Example:
Close 1 deal = $800 upfront
Build 100 active accounts = $10,000 per month in recurring income
Top performers can build six-figure residual books over time.
