ABOUT EPRODUCTS EMPIRE
EProducts Empire is an AI-powered online education community that teaches everyday people how to create and sell digital products using artificial intelligence. THE ROLE
As our Client Acquisition Manager, you'll own the entire pipeline from stranger to paying member. Your primary mission is simple: consistently bring new members into the EProducts Empire Skool community at $99/month while keeping acquisition costs efficient and sustainable.
This is not a "post some content and hope for the best" role. You'll be building, managing, and optimizing the actual systems that drive revenue. You'll work directly with our founder, Brittany Johnson, and have a real impact on the trajectory of a growing brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Funnel Strategy & Optimization
Build, manage, and continuously optimize lead generation funnels (lead magnets, landing pages, email opt-ins, tripwire offers)
Monitor funnel performance daily and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates at every stage
Manage and optimize the ManyChat automation system for Instagram and Facebook DM lead capture
Oversee the email nurture sequences that move subscribers from free content to paid membership
Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Manage ad budgets ($10–$50/day initially, scaling as results prove out) with strict ROI accountability
Create ad briefs and collaborate on creative assets (copy, images, video hooks)
Test multiple audiences, creatives, and angles; kill underperformers quickly and scale winners
Affiliate Program Management
Recruit, onboard, and support affiliate partners who align with the EProducts Empire brand and values
Provide affiliates with promotional assets, swipe copy, and content frameworks (Hook, Story, Offer)
Track affiliate performance and nurture top-performing partners
Ensure all affiliate activity complies with FTC guidelines and community standards
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on key metrics weekly: cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, email open/click rates, and member lifetime value
Provide data-driven recommendations for improving acquisition efficiency
Monitor member retention patterns and flag churn risks early
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Identify and execute partnership and collaboration opportunities (podcast guesting, joint lives, cross-promotions)
Support launch campaigns for new products, challenges, and community events
Stay current on trends in AI, digital products, and online education to keep our messaging sharp and relevant
WHO YOU ARE
You have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, client acquisition, or growth marketing (online education or community space is a major plus)
You've managed paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and understand audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
You know your way around funnels — you've built them, broken them, and optimized them
You're comfortable with email marketing platforms (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
You understand the Skool platform or are a fast learner willing to get up to speed quickly
You're analytical and numbers-driven — you make decisions based on data, not gut feelings
You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged; you take ownership and get things done
You genuinely care about helping people build better lives — this isn't just a gig to you
BONUS POINTS
Experience with ManyChat or other DM automation tools
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and the digital product space
Experience managing affiliate programs
Background in community-based or subscription business models
You've worked with or inside a Skool community before
Growth Path: As the community scales, this role grows into a full-time Director of Growth position
