Job Description
We are seeking a UX Copywriter and Email Specialist to build the communication engine for boatel world. You will be responsible for the strategy, copy, and technical setup of our automated email ecosystem (35–45 templates).
The Stack
Platform: Bubble.io
Email Engine: SendGrid (using Dynamic Templates)
Goal: A seamless, high-trust experience for Boat Owners and Renters.
Scope of Work
Copywriting: Write all transactional copy for Onboarding, Listings, Bookings, Payments, and Reviews.
SendGrid Setup: Build the templates directly in the SendGrid Dynamic Template editor using HTML/CSS or the Drag-and-Drop builder.
Handlebars Integration: You must be an expert in using Handlebars syntax so that the data passed from our Bubble API Connector populates correctly.
Bubble Mapping: Provide a clear "Data Mapping" document for our developers (or implement it yourself) showing exactly which Bubble data fields correspond to which SendGrid variables.
Crucial Requirements
Expertise in SendGrid Dynamic Templates: You know how to use conditional logic (If/Else) within a template.
Bubble.io Proficiency: You understand how the "SendGrid - Send Transactional Email" action works and how to structure the "Body" JSON for complex data.
Marketplace Experience: You understand the nuances of a two-sided marketplace (Supply vs. Demand).
Deliverables
40+ Designed SendGrid Templates: Fully responsive and brand-aligned.
Handlebars Logic: Correctly implemented variables for dynamic data.
Implementation Guide: A map for the Bubble developer to connect the workflows.
