- Job Title: Oracle Cloud RTR (Record to Report) ConsultantLocation: Remote W2 ContractDuration: 12+ MonthsJob Summary:We need a hands-on Oracle Cloud RTR expert who actually knows Financials inside out—not someone who just configured screens once and calls themselves a consultant. The role requires strong functional ownership of the end-to-end Record-to-Report cycle, including GL, FA, Cash Management, period close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You must be able to work directly with finance stakeholders, translate messy business requirements into clean Oracle solutions, and drive implementations or support without constant hand-holding.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud Financials RTR design, configuration, and support
- Manage period close, reconciliations, reporting, and accounting processes
- Work with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Support integrations, testing, and documentation
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, FA, Cash Management, Close & Reporting)
- Proven RTR implementation or support experience
- Solid accounting knowledge—this is non-negotiable
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with finance leadership
