- Support the identification and thorough evaluation of strategic initiatives
- Enhance the team's understanding of industry trends and market analysis
- Conduct deep diligence of potential ideas
- Assist in preparing presentations for team discussions and leadership meetings
- Create and maintain a robust database to guide idea generation
- Engage with team members and other stakeholders to gather insights
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of overall experience or an MBA (preferred) with 4+ years of overall experience
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information and data into actionable insights
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and persuasive presentations.
