- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing internal automation systems using powerful no-code and low-code tools such as Coda, ClickUp, Zapier, and HubSpot. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated automation workflows that leverage AI to streamline and enhance our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations.
- You will act as a champion for automation across various teams within the company. This involves proactively identifying inefficiencies, recommending strategic automation opportunities, and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions that drive significant improvements in productivity and performance. Your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams will be key to uncovering and addressing operational bottlenecks.
- A significant part of your role will involve exploring and testing new technologies. You will stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation, AI, and low-code/no-code platforms, evaluating their potential to enhance team capabilities and elevate overall system performance. - Planning and executing automation projects and campaigns will be a core responsibility.
