- Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Assurance IT Lead to oversee the end-to-end testing function across enterprise-scale projects and programs focused on an ongoing SAP upgrade/migration. This is more than just a QA role it's a chance to lead Quality initiatives that directly impact large-scale digital transformation projects.
You'll drive test strategy, lead test execution, and shape testing standards within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of the testing phase across large IT projects and programs
- Ensure all testing deliverables meet established standards, quality expectations, and stakeholder requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases
- Lead test execution across multiple project teams; track and report daily progress
- Manage the full bug lifecycle, proactively resolving issues and maintaining momentum
- Create test dashboards and reporting metrics to provide clear insight into progress and risks
- Partner with Automation Engineers to align manual testing with automation initiatives
- Coach teams on QA best practices, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and CI/CD principles
- Continuously improve testing frameworks, standards, and tools
- Advocate for a quality-first mindset across the IT and business landscape
