Job Description
We are launching a virtual mental health practice supported by an experienced Management Services Organization (MSO).
We are seeking a licensed PMHNP or Psychiatrist to serve as the clinical owner and clinical director of the professional entity.
This role is ideal for a clinician who:
- Wants to focus on patient care
- Does not want to manage billing, insurance, or operations
- Is interested in long-term stability and growth

Your role
- Maintain full clinical autonomy

Compensation
- Monthly fixed compensation for clinical owner role and/or
- Revenue-based participation (negotiable)
- Additional compensation for clinical hours
This is not a high-risk startup role and not a traditional employment position.
