Job Description
A company is looking for a Trainer Consultant to participate in the design, development, and implementation of training programs for a digital transformation project.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans in collaboration with client stakeholders
- Create and develop comprehensive training materials and e-learning modules tailored to various target audiences
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support and documentation for post-training follow-ups
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering in-person and virtual training sessions
- At least 2 years of experience in training for a high-volume contact center
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training for the SAP S/4 HANA system
- Experience in designing e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360 or similar
- Proven ability to create user-friendly training materials from complex processes
