About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role serves as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and plays a critical role in supporting payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR data management and more. - Responsibilities
- Serve as support for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, onboarding, HR systems, policies, and more
- Respond to high-volume inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Guide employees to self-service tools and available HR resources
- Assist with HRIS troubleshooting, password resets, and general policy clarification
- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate HR team members as needed
- Support payroll processing activities and maintain accurate records
- Process garnishments, unemployment claims, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Accurately process HR transactions including, but not limited to new hires and onboarding, terminations, and other employee related changes.
- Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy and compliance
- Generate and maintain HR reports
- Support ongoing data integrity and system accuracy initiatives
- Prepare and process employment documentation
- Support annual and ad hoc audits
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associateโs or Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 1+ year of HR, payroll, benefits, or administrative experience
- 1+ year of experience working in an HRIS or payroll system preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service focused
