Performance Tester
Location: Remote at Washington, DC
Duration: 12 months
- Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Implement and migrate legacy API code to a modern Azure-based API solution.
- Handle development, code migration/transformation, testing, and deployment.
- Document existing code and infrastructure.
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers with stakeholders and team.
- Guide junior developers.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to select appropriate Azure components for optimal solution design.
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in API design and development, with at least 3 years in Azure integration technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps, Functions, RESTFUL API Design.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, event-driven, microservices).
- Proficiency in .Net Core, C#, PowerShell, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
- Preferred Skills:
- Azure DevOps

- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent
