Job Description
- The Hanover is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work in our Worcester, MA location or remotely. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The role involves collaborating with business partners to understand business requirements and establish solutions, working with IT teams to understand and define system goals and capabilities, and creating business and technical requirements, rules, and processes using various techniques.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, such as information technology, computer science
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience identifying and defining business/technical requirements and processes using business analysis techniques
- Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
