Job Description
We are looking for an Apollo.io expert to help review, configure, and optimize our platform and setup. Our team has already kicked off campaigns and initial outreach, but we need someone who can ensure our system is running smoothly end-to-end, both from a campaign execution and technical backend perspective.
Project Scope:
- Review and ensure our current system configuration is correctly set up, including backend technical elements (subdomain setup, SPF/DKIM/SPF/DNS/SPK records, deliverability checks)
- Training sessions to walk us through best practices for efficient prospecting, outreach, and follow-up sequences
- Monitor email deliverability and provide recommendations to improve inbox placement
- Audit and refine our lead workflows, sequences, and overall Apollo email hygiene
- Provide best practices for scaling campaigns while protecting domain health
- Advise on integrations and improvements to maximize Apollo’s capabilities
Requirements:
- Proven track record with Apollo.io setup and lead generation
- Strong technical knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, subdomains, DNS setup, etc.)
- Experience optimizing outreach campaigns for high deliverability and engagement
- Understanding of email campaign strategy, workflows, and automation
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide actionable recommendations
