Framework is seeking passionate educators and experienced tutors to join our team as Part-Time Virtual Tutors. This position provides live, online academic support to students across multiple grade levels during the school day in the Mountain Time Zone.
- We are currently hiring tutors with expertise in:
- Math
- English Language Arts
- Science
- Other core academic subjects
Tutors may work with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels depending on experience and program needs.
- Position Details:
- Part-time, daytime hours
- Remote / virtual instruction
- Small group and/or 1:1 tutoring
- Structured curriculum provided (varies by assignment)
- Required Qualifications:
- Previous tutoring or instructional experience (substitute teaching, tutoring, paraprofessional work, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of at least one core academic subject
- Comfort with virtual instruction platforms
- Reliable daytime availability in the Mountain Time Zone
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting diverse learners
- Intervention or small-group instruction experience
