Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue
  • targets and market penetration.
  • Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and system
  • integrators, to build a strong and diverse partner ecosystem.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring a high level
  • of partner satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, marketing strategies, and
  • sales enablement programs.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performance channel sales team, providing coaching, guidance,
  • and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Drive the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consistent and
  • efficient sales cycle.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
  • to make informed decisions and adjustments to the channel sales strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,
  • and customer success, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of
  • channel sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in channel sales, business development,
  • or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing channel sales programs in the
  • software development or IT services industry,
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
  • through channel partners.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development and IT services industry, with a
  • focus on offshore development models will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the
  • software development space.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance channel sales.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate Channel Partners to achieve and exceed sales
  • targets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align channel sales initiatives with overall business
  • objectives.
  • Experience in crafting and executing channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • and market expansion.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective
  • partnerships with channel partners.
  • Track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex
  • technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
