Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the design Sprint Sessions for our Epic implementation. The Project Manager will collaborate with IT cross-functional teams to ensure design sprints for our Third Party Applications are completed. Design Sprints typically comprise two 90-minute Design Sessions, conducted one week apart over a two-week period. These sessions are scheduled to accommodate the availability of both Vendors and Customer participants. The design engineering team will apprise the Project Manager of the necessary Client's resources, including those from infrastructure and cybersecurity. The primary objective of these design sessions is to finalize a design that enables the commencement of build activities on the day immediately following the second (final) session of the second week.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry
- Extensive knowledge of technical design
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving Epic EHR and third-party application integrations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
