- Support account team initiatives and programs to ensure consistency across various efforts
- Maintain a comprehensive communications library and build relationships within the account team Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. degree in a related field (marketing, communications, etc.) or 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and other tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with executive-level clients both in-person and remotely
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online meetings and collaboration technology
- Knowledge of best practices in project communication and support
- Familiarity with creative design tools like Camtasia
