Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
Document customer interactions and maintain clear support records
Follow company support guidelines and maintain a consistent brand tone in communication
Work with the internal team to improve customer experience and identify common issues
Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
Requirements
Previous experience in customer support or customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple conversations at the same time
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using support tools such as chat platforms, help desks, or CRM systems
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
