We're seeking a skilled Virtual Data Entry Specialist to manage accurate input, verification, and maintenance of data sets for our clients. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for ensuring critical information is captured efficiently and securely. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity, offering flexible shifts between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET.

- Entering transactional records, customer details, survey responses, and inventory logs into secure database systems following standardized procedures
- Conducting daily audits on newly entered data to identify discrepancies and maintaining data integrity rates above 99%
- Flagging anomalies or incomplete fields, and coordinating with supervisors to correct and update records
- Maintaining detailed logs of completed tasks, corrections, and time spent per project in our time tracking software
- Assisting with bulk data migration: extract, transform, and load (ETL) data under guidance from analysts
- Upholding data privacy policies and encryption protocols during handling and transmission of sensitive information
- Suggesting process improvements and potential automation solutions to accelerate data entry workflows

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with strong attention to detail for repetitive tasks
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, simple pivot tables) and Google Sheets
- Comfort learning proprietary data management platforms and completing training modules within 30 days
- Strong communication skills to clarify requirements and escalate unresolved issues
