Job Description
We are a fast-growing B2B podcast marketing agency working with high-level founders and professional services firms.
We are looking for a technical marketing systems specialist to help us clean up and rebuild our conversion tracking architecture.
This is NOT a media buying role.
This is NOT a general VA role.
We need someone who thinks like a systems engineer, understands CRM automation logic, and can independently diagnose and fix technical tracking problems.
Current Situation (Whatโs going on)
Right now, our Meta tracking is not structured correctly.
We use Calendly for booking calls via a VSL build on CF.
We want to switch to GoHighLevel as our CRM (we don't currently use one)
Currently:
- Calendly bookings are firing Meta pixel events directly (for both qualified and unqualified)
- This causes the wrong bookings to count as conversions
- Unqualified leads are polluting our optimization data
We want to change this architecture so that only qualified leads trigger conversion events.
What We Need Built
We need help designing and implementing the following system:
Desired Flow:
Calendly booking โ enters GoHighLevel โ we manually qualify the lead โ moving the lead to a โQualifiedโ pipeline stage triggers a Meta Conversion API event.
This means:
- Disable direct pixel firing from Calendly
- Configure stage-based automation inside GoHighLevel
- Set up Meta Conversion API integration
- Ensure event deduplication is configured correctly
- Test and validate that only qualified leads trigger conversions
We want a clean, reliable tracking structure that improves ad optimization quality.
Additional Responsibilities (Longer-term potential)
If this project goes well, we are looking for someone who can also:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot marketing systems issues
- Build automations inside GoHighLevel
- Configure integrations between tools
- Improve funnel tracking accuracy
- Document processes via Loom videos
This could evolve into an ongoing Marketing Operations / Systems role.
Required Experience
Candidates MUST have experience with:
- GoHighLevel CRM automations
- Meta Conversion API setup
- Pipeline stage-based triggers
- CRM workflow logic
- Troubleshooting tracking issues
Strong bonus if you also have experience with:
- Zapier or Make
- Google Tag Manager
- Funnel architecture
- API integrations
