Job Description
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sales leaders from healthcare and life sciences who can help train their latest language model on B2B sales in complex, regulated industries.
We're looking for Directors and VPs with significant experience selling into health systems, payers, pharma, or medtech companies. You understand the long sales cycles, the multiple stakeholder layers (clinical, operational, and financial), and the unique challenge of selling when the buyer's primary concern is patient outcomes rather than commercial efficiency.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core sales workflows: account planning for health system or life sciences clients, multi-stakeholder deal strategy, pipeline and forecast management, and negotiation preparation for procurement-heavy buying environments.
Compensation: $110/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2,200/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in regulated healthcare environments
