Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Refund & Dispute Resolution Specialist to handle refund requests, disputes, and chargebacks efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure a smooth resolution process. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of e-commerce transactions, payment gateways, and dispute resolution processes.
