Role Overview

We are looking for a well-networked Equity Analyst or Investment Professional who can leverage capital markets insights, investor relationships, and industry intelligence to identify and introduce qualified prospects that could convert into long-term customers.

This is a strategic advisory role focused on opportunity generation, market intelligence, and relationship-driven business development. The position operates on a revenue-sharing model tied to successfully converted engagements.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and introduce high-potential companies that may require digital transformation or Salesforce-related services.
  • Leverage relationships with portfolio companies, founders, PE/VC firms, and corporate leaders to generate qualified leads.
  • Provide industry and market insights that align with Plumlogix’s growth strategy.
  • Advise leadership on sectors showing strong technology investment momentum.
  • Facilitate warm introductions and support early-stage positioning discussions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to refine go-to-market strategy.
    Ideal Candidate
  • Background in Equity Research, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong network across mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Deep understanding of financial performance indicators and growth-stage businesses.
  • Ability to identify companies undergoing transformation, M&A, scaling, or system modernization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
