Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Business Development Manager (BDM) with 6+ years of proven success in US IT Staffing or Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate must have a strong client portfolio, consistent revenue generation history, and deep understanding of the IT staffing sales cycle.
This role is performance-driven and commission-based with unlimited earning potential.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new direct clients and Tier-1 vendor partnerships in US / Domestic IT Staffing.
- Handle complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, and closure.
- Bring active IT requirements for C2C, W2, 1099 (US Staffing).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quality and timely submissions.
- Negotiate contracts, MSA, NDA, rate cards, and payment terms.
- Manage MSP/VMS accounts (if applicable).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong pipeline and forecasting reports.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development (US or Domestic).
- Proven track record of closing direct clients.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) for US Staffing.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS portals.
- Strong negotiation and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Existing active client base.
- Experience handling Fortune 500 or enterprise clients.
- Ability to bring immediate requirements.
