As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with members via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing personalized solutions to meet our members' needs. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships
- Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
- Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
- Think quickly and critically to resolve issuesโthis is not a scripted environment
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance
- *Requirements**
- Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
- Spanish fluency is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
- A flexible, โcan-doโ mindset and willingness to adapt to change
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must reside within 30 miles of the training location (1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019)

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with insurance policies and products
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience with coaching or training
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
