Summary

We are seeking a detail oriented, highly efficient Part-Time Contract RBT Recruiter to support high volume hiring across multiple ABA clinics in TX and NE.

This role is execution focused and responsible for managing candidate flow from application through offer stage. The Recruiter will review incoming applicants, conduct first round interviews, coordinate onsite interviews, manage candidate communication, and process offers

This role requires urgency, consistency, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in structured, metrics driven environments and is comfortable operating in a high volume recruiting setting.

    Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday
  • 4:00pm–6:30pm Central Time
  • Approximately 12.5 hours per week
    Responsibilities
  • Quickly assess candidate qualifications and availability
  • Send interview invitations and manage timely candidate communication
  • Maintain consistent movement of candidates through the pipeline
  • First-Round Interviews
  • Conduct structured phone interviews
  • Document interview notes clearly and accurately in Streak
  • Schedule onsite interviews with Office Managers
  • Confirm candidate attendance and reduce no shows
  • Gather and document onsite interview feedback
  • Move candidates forward or decline promptly
  • Extend verbal offers when approved
  • Communicate compensation and role expectations clearly
  • Process onboarding paperwork and coordinate next steps
  • Ensure timely follow-through from offer to start date
  • Maintain professional and responsive communication
  • Decline candidates respectfully and promptly
  • Ensure applicants understand role expectations prior to hire
    Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year recruiting or high volume hiring experience
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
  • Strong phone presence and interviewing skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a contract capacity
  • Experience with Indeed platform preferred
  • Strong written communication skills

  • Minimum of 20 prescreens per week with a target of 25
  • Applications reviewed within 24 hours
  • Consistent daily pipeline movement
  • High interview show rates
  • Strong interview to offer conversion
  • Clear documentation in Streak

Compensation:

$25/hour
