Job Description: Remote Scrum Master at FDR Financial Group
- Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project status.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working in the financial industry or with financial products.
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, or Zoom.
