Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Partners to combine Organizational Design and Talent Strategy. The role involves supporting HR leaders with talent development and providing consultative insights on leadership development, talent management processes, and organization design. Responsibilities • Support HR leaders with talent development • Provide consultative insights on leadership development, talent management processes, and organization design Skills • Bachelor's degree—HR preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered • At least 10 years of relevant experience • Leadership Development and Organization Learning • Talent Management process • Organization Design • Availability Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m • Experience in corporate HR disciplines such as Talent Development or Talent Management • Previous HRBP experience to understand business rhythms • Previous experience in HR Consultancy companies • Global or matrixed organization exposure • Availability and comfort working with stakeholders in the EST time zone Company Overview • Sunrise Systems was founded in 1990 with a clear vision to deliver world-class staffing service solutions in all labor categories, including IT consulting and solutions; all with the commitment to provide service that exceeds expectations and become the most trusted name in the industry.
