As an entry-level remote Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to help clients understand their insurance benefit options, answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies, and schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers. You will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as support clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
